We found an issue on NebulaFlex AP cannot become on-line status after registered to NCC.
It is caused by CA server issue delivered incomplete certificates to NebulaFlex AP.
We have fixed this issue and optimized the server urgently back to service.
Unfortunately for all the NebulaFlex AP were newly registered to NCC during AM 00:30 March 30th ~ AM 01:30 Mar 31st GMT+0 will need to upgrade the firmware to fix the issue. Once the following models firmware is prepared, we'll put file in the attachment of this post.
We suggest to update the firmware by ZON utility. If you are not familiar with ZON, please refer to the instruction in the pdf file How to upgrade firmware by ZON. After you finished the firmware upgrade, the AP will connect to NCC automatically, please make sure AP can access internet, then it shall become on-line status, then it will perform firmware upgrade to latest official firmware automatically, this will take 4~10 minutes depends on different access point models. Please be patient and do not power off the device during the firmware upgrade.
If you can’t perform firmware upgrade on site, you can perform firmware upgrade remotely by FTP. We provide the instruction in attached file, please refer to the document How to upgrade firmware by FTP.
