Dear Nebula Users,

The system has been temporarily unavailable due to an outage incident.

Issue Started from:
2021-08-16 11:37 (UTC+0)

Resolved:
2021-08-16 12:24 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
Some users have experienced 

1. NCC is unable to provision or update network settings to Nebula devices.
2. When done some action on license/device may fail. (include assign/activate license, add device to organization) 


Note: This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services

    Dear Nebula user,
    We have temporary deactivate the organization owner transfer due to the performance issue will keep update once it has fix, apologize for any inconvenience.

    Now the organization owner transfer can be done if the total devices are less than 200 in the org.

    We have fix the issue today, now there is no limit to transfer. :)
