Dear Nebula Users,

The system has been temporarily unavailable due to an outage incident.

Issue Started from:
2021-09-23 07:00 (UTC+0)

Resolved:
2021-09-23 07:50 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
Some users have experienced 

1. NCC is unable to provision or update network settings to Nebula devices.
2. Some devices are offline and unable to reach NCC servers successfully. 
3. Monitoring information will be abnormal on NCC.


Note: This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services

    I also unable to through NCC to reboot active device. Please advise me. Thank you.

    Please help to enable Zyxel Support at Help > Support request page and share your organization/site/device name, so we can help you to check.
    May you also share the approximate time you reboot the online device via Live tools?
