    Is it Nebula account? Or MyZyxel account?

    Good day.
    In addition, users can not delete accounts by themself. But they can send requests to us and we will help to delete it.
    Furthermore, can I know why you want to delete your account?
    Is that you don't want to receive notification mail?
    If yes, you can unsubscribe on MyZyxel.
    Here are the steps to unsubscribe from notification mail such as Marketing Email.
    Go to MyZyxel Dashboard and click subscribed button >  Edit > click the option that you don't want to receive to unsubscribe

    I would like to let you know that user can not delete their account by themself. But they can send requests to us and we will help to delete it.
    If you are not looking for a method to delete your account, can you describe what error did you face and share the error photo with us?
