what is the difference between green icon and green on white icon?

The green icon means that AP is online and it has an Ethernet uplink. 

The green-on-white icon means that AP is online and it has the wireless uplink and it doesn’t have the Ethernet uplink.

Noted： If your AP status is with the green-on-white icon, but your AP connects to the Ethernet cable, you need to check the cable and the uplink to the Internet.
