VMG1312-b10d firmware upgrade error

During the VMG1312-b10d firmware upgrade I'm facing the following error:

Image uploading failed. The selected file is an illegal image. You may press 'Cancel' to upload another firmware image file, or press 'OK' to reboot to recover normal operation.

My actual firmware version is: V5.13(AAXA.7)C0
Newest version: 5.13(AAXA.8)C0

Could you help me?

May I know where you download 5.13(AAXA.8)C0 fw? Do you use .bin or .rom for upgrading?

Hi,

I upgrade fw on my VMG1312-B10D from .7C0 to .8C0 and don’t have same issue as yours.  What are browser and its version you use? You may try to clean cookie or find another PC/laptop to try again.

Tried with different devices (Macbook pro, Dell XPS win10) and different browsers (google chrome, safari, edge, IE, mozilla firefox, firefox developer edition).
Always the same result.

I have the same firmware error when i update my vmg3925-b10b i have tried uploading the file from my phone and laptop but every time same error "illegal image"
