[NEBULA] Content Filtering

HI,

i'm tryng to configure my nebula Gateway, NSG50, but i can't block url.

In the screenshot attached my configuiration, for example from i client i can acces www.yonkis.com but in the configuration is correctly identified by the content filtering.

Have you try put wildcard before the URL? Like *. yonkis.com

Same issue for me, this feature seems broken? Machines are still able to access Netflix..

Hello @Pook and the Community,

Recently we have addressed this issue and will release the fix firmware on 13/1, 2020.

You can find the upgrade now button at Site-Wide>Firmware management and please be aware to re-active the Content Filtering after the upgrade. ?

Thanks Chris, the firmware is already up to date though. Unless you mean there is a new firmware out on the 13th?

So does this mean content filtering has never worked? Or is it currently just down to to the new releasecoming out?

Hi @Pook ,
It's probably the device didn't apply Content Filtering configuration.
The fix firmware (1.33 patch 2) has release today, so you can upgrade it now.
Feel free to let me know if the issue still remain.
