[NEBULA] Change Nebula owner

Hi,


We recently changed our IT support partner, but can not change the owner administrator address in the Nebula Control Center from the previous IT partners address to one of our own.

Could you please provide me with the proper procedure to change the owner privilege to an other existing admin account.

    Hi Cliff,


    Do you still have administrator access to your Nebula Organization?

    If so, kindly open a new support request case in that organization. Our support agent will then request additional information in order to evaluate the legitimacy of the ownership transfer.

    If your Nebula is using profession pack then please kindly open a new support request case in that organization. (In Help>support request)

    We recently changed our IT support guy, his new name is Jorge Cubero and his email is j.cubero@eca.or.cr, Could you help the owner from a.valverde@eca.or.cr to j.cubero@eca.or.cr?
