[NEBULA] VPN L2TP WITH NEBULA

Hi,

I try to enable a VPN L2TP over IPSEC on NEBULA GATEWAY NSG50

but not working, I used as a Client Windows 10 1909 versione, but the error is

Unable to establish network connection between the computer and the VPN server, the remote server is not responding. The problem may be caused by a network device such as a firewall, a NAT protocol or a router, between the computer and the remote server, which is not configured to allow VPN connections. To find the device causing the problem, contact the administrator.

Please, can you help me?

    @STIENTAFIREWALL

    Is your NSG located behind the NAT gateway? You will need to configure the port forwarding on UDP port 500 and 4500 (in NAT gateway).

    Is your issue still persist? If so, you can share the event log in the post, you can find event log at Security gateway> event logs, filtered as VPN.
