GS1900-48HP unable to access the GUI
I have reset the switch and attempted to access at 192.168.1.1. No response from ping. I don't see any devices in the arp list, even checked my DHCP server to see if it picked up an address... nothing.
Unfortunately my model doesn't have a console port or I would be able to see what is really going on.
I guess I have to send this brick back to the stock pile it came from?

Hi @NetKamm
Welcome to Zyxel community!
In order to factory-reset GS1900 series, you have to press the reset button on front panel for over 7 seconds.
Then we would suggest using ZON utility to figure out the switch's IP address, just connect with your PC to scan the switch.

I did hold the reset button down for extended period of time (until the lights flashed) and I did that numerous times. I searched for an hour trying to locate the utility on your website but it was NO WHERE to be found. I never could connect to the default IP nor did I see it grab a DHCP address... I gave and I have returned switch.
