Problem to monitor client in Zyxel Nebula Free

Since the august, 26, 2020 I cannot monitor clients from the dashboard of Zyxel Nebula.
Where I can find help for this. I am located in France.

    Thanks for your update.

    Since I didn't see the same symptom when you provided me the access privilege, it took some time to check more details and logs on our server for your organization/site.
    However, we don't see there is any abnormal logs during your reported time.(We check from 8/26 00:00 ~ 8/28 24:00 UTC+2)

    PS. We didn't modify before you see the symptom is gone.

    You may still share specific timestamp and screenshot(Of course you may hide your personal information in the screenshot) if it happens again unfortunately.
    You may also try another browser or InPrivate window to see if you see the same symptom.
