Auvik - Integration

Hi all,

We've recently switched to Auvik monitoring, it seems our Zyxel switches aren't providing data to this platform, is this beyond the current capability of Zyxel switches?

    Welcome to Zyxel community.

    I assume that "Auvik" is also using SNMP for monitoring, correct?
    What model of Zyxel switch do you currently use?

    Hey,
    sorry Zyxel_Lucious didnt see the reply.

    Its the GS2210-48HP.

    And yes Auvik is an SNMP monitoring platform that can also utilise CLI to manage the switches configurations.

    Hi @NetworkTotalIT,

    GS2210 does support SNMP and CLI. Please make sure your monitor system can reach the switches, you can try to ping the switches to see if they are reachable, and make sure the community is matched. Also you should check the switches if there is ACL or remote management setting block the Auvik system.
    If all of the setup are correct we may need to know which mib(OID) you try to monitor.
