Firmware Upgrade & Amend Login details

Hi, I am new to the NSG100, I assume I can run the firmware upgrade from the control centre and the device will reboot itself. I assume the NSG100 will not lose it's configuration and just carry on working as I will be doing this remotely from the office where the device is located, do I need to make a backup, is this possible. Thanks.
Also, I assume it is possible the change the login registered email and password?

Welcome to Zyxel Community!
If you want to change your account and your password to login Nebula CC, you may follow the steps below:
1. Login Nebula CC with your current account.
2. Click the account icon on the top-right corner and click Profile.
3. Click the hyperlink to redirect to myZyxel.com.
4. After you enter myZyxel.com, click Account.
5. You may now change your account and password. Please remember to click Submit at the bottom of the page to apply.
