Remove access point from nebula

Hello,

I need to deregister and remove, 3 access point from my account on nebula, as i no longer have the management of the device in that office, another firm have now the management about that office.

how i remove them for my nebula account??

Welcome to Zyxel Community!
More likely, you are referring to change organization owner.
To achieve your goal, you'll need to transfer the organization owner of that office to another account first and ask the new owner to delete your account.

Steps:
1. Go to Organization-wide > Configure > Administrators.
2. Click on the "Change owner" button. Remember that the new owner should have the full privilege.

3. Check the box and click the "Yes" button to apply the changes.

Verification:
You'll see that the organization owner is Jonas now.
