Hello
Thanks for your flexible and good products.
I have caller id problem related to my VOIP gateway.
When i call SIP account number from another phone, the analog phone connected to the gateway displays the incoming number correctly.
As you know, this gateway also supports a PSTN line.
However, when i call the pstn line from another phone, the analog phone connected to the voip gateway displays "0123456789" instead of the correct number.
When i connect the analog phone directly to the pstn line, incoming numbers will be displayed correctly.
This pstn line sends the caller id signal in FSK.
Where is the problem?
How can i solve it? my problem is with the caller id of the PSTN line!
the line connected to the FXO port of the Voip gateway. not caller id of the Sip. thanks.
Best regards
