NSA325 Firmware upgade problem

Hello,
After I did a firmware upgrade to the latest version: 4.81, my Zyxel not working anymore.
The first led continuously flashing in green, and I can't access the share, or web interface.
I tried with reset button, turn off power and on again, but nothing happens. It's not first firmware upgrade, but with this I have trouble. What can I do?
It is a manual procedure to install the firmware from USB stick? Can anybody help me with instructions. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very muc@Fredzoul1, I succeeded with above method, after three attempts. Front USB port (USB 3) didn't work. But the rear USB port worked like a charm. Thank you again.

I've got the same problem, during an upgrade, it got stuck with flashing orange light and no more........
When I try to follow the link it fails.
