VMG8823-B50B . Unable to use MAC filter

I'm am unable to set the MAC Filter on the router. Following the manual:
- mac address filter--> enable
- mac restrict mode--> deny
- Active-- checked
- MAC address--> the device mac address

I have the device VMG8823-B50B supplied by Infostrada, maybe it has a custom firmware with some bugs ?
The same problem applies to Wireless MAC authentication, I am unable to block a device in any way.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you apply the setting for 2.4G and 5G?
    2.4G and 5G have different page to set the Wireless MAC authentication.
    And your device may have different MAC address for LAN/2.4G/5G,
    so need to check it.

    Wow, Rosy, thanks a lot. I missed this thing, and I only configured the MAC adfresses for 2.4G. Now it is working. Not very user-firendly interface, though....
