Solved - NAS540 - Möglichkeit das NAS540 als NUT-Client einzurichten?

Hallo,

ich betreibe eine USV von APC, welche mittels USB-Kabel einem anderen NAS den aktuellen Status der USV mitteilt. Das andere NAS ist als NUT-Master eingerichtet. Ein Linux- und ein Windowsrechner laufen als NUT- bzw. WinNUT-Client.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit auch das NAS540 im NUT-Clientmodus einzurichten bzw. zu betreiben?

    Entware-ng has a nut client. You can use the zypkg to get access to that repository.

    is this very difficult?
    Because i am still user not administrator.
    Will the existing firmware of the NAS be deleted when installing Entware-ng or zypkg?

    excuse me for delay with answering and for my bad english.

    I followed your advise and got some additional icons. Amongst other things one named "Tweaks". With this tool i was able to fix my problem with the missing nut service. I believe "Tweaks" was developed by you. Thank you very much for these tool(s).

    The tweak from Mijzelf is a very good tool and very useful on Zyxel NAS !!!
