When I try to mount a directory on the NAS to a letter/drive I get a warning message (little red popup) with the message "Mounting failed with errno: 384".
There is nothing about this message in de Guides. Who has a solution? Thanks.

What do you mean of mount on NAS?
Can you show your steps of what you did?0 -
He's talking about Network Drive Mapping. He's trying to assign a drive letter to a share in the network drive. I'm getting the same message and don't know what to do. Thanks. 0 -
Could this be related to SMB1?
Same as discussed here: https://homeforum.zyxel.com/discussion/795/now-in-english0 -
If your PC is Windows 10, then you can refer this topic as enable SMB1 on Windows 10.

Moreover, you can also add the network drive through windows explorer.
