Do you get the EMG3415-B10A from ISP?
EMG3415-B10A seems a customized model for an ISP in US.
Maybe that is the reason you can't find firmware on the internet.
You may need to check with your ISP.
Normally, ISP has their own remote management to upgrade router's firmware to latest.0
