Zyxel LTE4506 cen not get IP address when i use secure WIFI

I have buy Zyxel LTE4506 ,but my pc , mibox3 and Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Cleaner Robot can not get IP address when i enable WPA/WPA2 and connect by WIFI ,Have anyone occurred this problem or how to fix this.

Hi shd,
From your screenshots, I think there have 2 clients to connect to LTE 4506 and also can get IP successful. When the issue happens, how about wifi LED on your cleaner robot? And what's APP version on your smartphone?0
