Hi I just joined post office broadband in UK and got this router I have fw 3.00ABCG.12 Installed currently

I would like to know what new in 3.00ABCG. 13

and should I upgrade

That right can I update it without losing settings

I'm having issue of low WiFi on the abcg. 12 firmware

Hi CAL18,

You will not lose the setting by upgrade firmware via GUI : Maintenance -> Firmware Upgrade

Ok thanks this is safe to do on post office router right as it uses zyxel gui and not some custom post office gui

Hi CAL18,

I suggest you can check with post office directly. Even you can use above fw version, but it might have some specific settings that must meet in post office environment. So it’s better to check first, otherwise, it’s possible to lost internet access after upgrading fw.
