If the account is admin, that you can use HW reset button with 1 beep and release to reset the password back to "1234", but the acount is normal account, you can use admin to modify the password directly.0

zCloud APP is using NAS's login password to access, so it can work for you.

does anyone know what the username and password should be when you first login to the zcloud app and it finds your device by IP and then it asks for username and password, I try the one that I use to login and it says invalid.0

As I know, need to login NAS firstly, set up the username and password, after that, you can login zcloud app with the username and password.

I'll suggest to use Zyxel drive app, it use Pcloud server account to login.0
