Hi, I'm trying to mount a Windows 10 share on my NSA320.
I'm using
I'm using
mount -t cifs //192.168.1.16/Archive /n-data -o vers=3.0,username=Cloud
But I get this error saying
mount: Host is down
Do you know what I need to do to fix this? I am able to ping 192.168.1.16 without any issues.

Not to ask a stupid question, but to ask a stupid question, did you enable SMB1?

I did not. I was hoping to get by without having to enable SMB1 on Windows (Insecurities etc...)0

The samba server on the 320 doesn't support smb2+. I know the cifs implementation in the kernel is not directly related, but it wouldn't be surprising if it doesn't support smb2+ either.Have you considered nfs?0
