How to restoring NSA325 firmware?

Hi all, a have a nsa325 v2 with problem - abnormaly starting and not detect for lan interface. I think that the problem is in the firmware. How restoring it with USB flash or other way?
I have a usb-ttl for a PL2032 chip.

You can find a recovery stick here. Unzip the right zipfile to a FAT formatted USB stick, plug that in a back port of the NAS, and power it on. It should flash the firmware version mentioned in the zip filename, and poweroff the box. Remove the stick, and power it on again.
