    Hi Zyxel Support

    I too, am experiencing these issues on the same router from Hiper. Since you said that I should not change the fw version, should I then not update it when the patch is released on June 17? Then what should I do.

    V5.13(AAVF.13)C0 fw is ready on website, you can download it now.

    Hi danielnielsen,

    The patch with V5.13(AAVF.11)C0_20180409B is included in 13C0, you can use this one. But I suggest you can contact with your ISP first if it’s need do any settings for Hiper network.

    The patch with V5.13(AAVF.11)C0_20180409B is included in 13C0, you can use this one. But I suggest you can contact with your ISP first if it’s need do any settings for Hiper network.

    Dear Zyxel_Support_CPE,

    The download page[1] links to release notes for the latest firmware release. When I read the release notes[2] there is a section titled "Modifications in V5.13(AAVF.13)C0" on page 11, but nothing is mentioned about any 5Ghz issue.

    Are you an official Zyxel representative?
    Is this issue publicly acknowledged by Zyxel?

    We did internal testing for a long time, can you please describe more detail you encounter in 13C0 fw?

    The solution was included in V5.13(AAVF.13)b1 version; you can refer to page 13 “5G beacon” issue.
