NSA325 "lost" Music and Video Folders

I have a NSA325 v1 with most recent firmware.  I was using my tv to watch a video and noticed it was not available.  Upon further investigation I noticed the only shared folder available to me was the "photos" folder.  I have looked to make sure that twonky was turned on and that the folders are published and they are.  I can access the folder with my laptop, but none of my media players on the tvs can see them.  I contacted support and was advised that the device was "no longer supported" and that the only thing they could advise was to reset it.  Which I did with no improvement.  I refreshed the TWONKY service and can see that it is only pulling files from the "photos" folder.  This just happened a few weeks ago after years of flawless service so I am not sure what caused it.  I also noticed the below article and wondered if this is the issue.

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance

    - If you used CIFS (\\NAS_IP), is it able to see/access the folder/file?
    - If you used Windows Media Player, is it able to see/access the folder/file?
    - What is the setting of "Share Publish"?
    - What is the current firmware version of your NSA325v1?

    ·         No.  I have not attempted this yet as I have not had a great deal of experience with Linux.  I was hoping there might be an alternative

    ·         I have not used CIFS

    ·         Windows 10 Window Media Player does not see either the Video or Music folders.  It does see the photos folder.

    ·         See attached

Try to use these option of Twonky web interface to see if there is any improvement.

If not, you may need to try that link's workaround.
