NAS - upgrade firmware trough CLI

I can bot acces my web interface so I need to reinstall/upgrade my firmware via CLI.

How do I do this?

  What is the model of your NAS device?
  
  If you can access the web interface of NAS device, why you want to use CLI to upgrade firmware? What is the current firmware version?

  I have solved it, I have a NAS542 and I was on firmware 511 and I wanted to upgrade back to 521 and my web interface was broken
