Vlans on GS1910-24HP v2.0

I currently have a Pfsense router on my network and setup the VLANs but when setting up the VLANs on my switch it doesn't seem to work.
Could anyone point me in the right direction? I can't seem to find out anything online for setting this up with this verions

Port 23 and 24 are a LACP connected to my Pfsense router with Vlan 100 assigned. I'm trying to have port 1-4 tagged and port 9 as an untagged port that connects to Vlan 100. I thought this was how it was meant to be setup but when connecting a computer to port 9 I don't get an IP.0 -
I have created a simple lab according to your vlan setting
PC connected to port 9 and it can get IP address
So, I think the problem is not on switch
BTW, do you have IP interface on router for VLAN100?0
