Hi.
I'm using vmg8825-b50b with firmware: V5.13(ABLZ.1)b8_20190225
I've set up port forwarding but it's not doing anything.
Under NAT I added:
Start port: 80
End port: 80
Translation Start Port: 80
Translation End Port: 80
Server IP Address: My PC's local ip
Tried restarting the router.
Nothing.
When I browse to my external IP I get the router's admin panel..

I think port 80 by default is in use by remote management.
You could try using a different port (eg. external.ip.address:8088) and translate to port 800

Well, I just tried to disable remote management on ports 80 and 443 and now I can't even access the router's admin panel when accessing via the default gateway ip.
I expected it to be disabled only for accessing from an external IP.
I guess I should have changed them to different ports instead of disabling http and https.
I'll try to reactivate them via SSH0 -
If everything else fails, you should be able to restore via factory reset.0

A factory reset I assume would require a visit from the ISP to configure everything again.
I ordered a serial to usb cable to activate it that way since SSH seems to be disabled0 -
After a factory reset, configuration (such as voip) is downloaded via tr-069; no need to worry, it is usually the first thing your ISP asks you to do anyway.

you should be able to restore via factory reset.
