AiShield block threat from iQIYI app.

Aishield block iQIUI app connection from IPAD device.
It could be iQIUI VIP member verification connection.

    Hi 
    Do you mean the iQIYI App?
    Please make sure that the content filter of the profile which the iPad joins doesn't include the iQIYI App.
    You can check the content filter in AiShield App >> Profile >> Filter Setting >> App.
    There is a blocked list of the app and the website. Please remove the iQIYI app from the list.

    HI,
      Default blocking apps doesn't contain iQIYI.  But it still block the iQIYI app with VIP account.
      I think the VIP account will get a verification URL in iOS device(ex: ipad, iphone, apple tv), but free account will not.

    I have the iQIYI VIP, and I still can watch the VIP videos during the AiShield period.
    You can check the blocked web URL, does it include the iqiyi link?
    I try to add the IQYI app into my blocked list, and it will show the iqiyi link on the blocked web URL.

    Can you provide the screenshot of the content filter and the profile?

    You can try to remove the iPad from the profile or empty the content filter, and the iQIYI app should work.

    Please note, don't set the content filter on level high unless it is necessary, or it will block a lot of webs and apps.

    The block information happen when iOS device open iQIYI and play video.

    We have tested the iQIYI app on the iPad mini 2/ iOS12.4, but we didn't occur this issue.
    Please send Feedback on your AiSHield for us to analyze this issue, and we will contact you directly via mail.
    Please also provide answers to the below questions on the feedback mail, thanks.
    1. What version of the iQIYI app, is it iQIYI HD?
    2. What Model of the iPad, and the iOS version?
    3. Is it possible to record the video when you stream the video on iQIYI app?
    4. Does it only happen on all the videos which tagged with "VIP"?

    Is the issue just disappear after the AiShield expired?
    Can you play the VIP videos on iQIYI now?

    But I can still watch iQIYI HD on my iPad 2 with the wifi connection of Multy which is on the AiShield free trail.
    I have the VIP membership of iQIYI, and I am able to watch the VIP and non-VIP videos.
    What videos do you watch??
