Doorbird cant connect to network

doorbird dv2102 and doorbird bell cant find network when there are connected directly to the switch (GS1920). When i connect them direct to the router it will works perfect. 
are there any config i have to do to solve this issue?
i also made an factoryreset

    Do you mean you put one switch between Doorbird and router, and then cause Doorbird can't reach network? It's so weird. How did you connect them? Did you connect switch to the same port of router as Doorbird connect to?
    Have you tried to connect laptop to switch and check if this laptop can't reach network as well? If laptop can reach network when connecting to switch, I think the problem may not be switch...
