Custom folders not showing

I have NAS326. It is configured but does not show the custom folders on the MAC computer after a reset. The only folders that I see is the default folders. The content is still on the drive and i did activate the folders and reset the NAS but it still does not work. Here ar

    Do you able to see the custom folders if you used "File Browser" on your NAS device?
    What is the model name and firmware version of your NAS device?

    I think I found the problem. The desktop was signed into the guest account which does not have access to those folders.
