Multy X setup isn't successful

I have just one Multy X. When I tried to install it - after "Network connection" app goes to screen "system error". But Wifi is working! Wit correct name and password. I don't see any sites in App and it offers to go installation. Factory reboot doesn't help. iPhone XS Max, IOS 12.4.1 Topology - 1 Multy X. Before installation I removed App and reinstall it.

    Dear Sir,
    1. Do you mean that you can install the Multy, and set up the SSID/Password of wifi, but it failed at the step after the SSID setting?
    2. How do you factory reboot the Multy? by the factory reset button?
    3. Is this issue always happened on the same steps of setting?

    2. Yes, I used factory reset button
    3. Yes, always on the same step.  I tried to use another iPhone - same result.

    Have you try to upgrade the iOS version, and then install the Multy, will it work?
    If this issue still happened after the iOS upgrade, please send feedback from the Multy App, and we can assist you via mail, thanks.
