NAS 326 DROPBOX SYNC ISSUE

Hello I have NAS 326 and I have a dropbox account.
I linked my Zyxel Was 326 NAS to dropbox account via the Dropbox Client App.
Drop Box client says it is syncing but no document are sent to the drop box account.
I have checked dropbox setting pages and Zyxel nas is seen there in the linked devices.

In order to check the the dropbox account I have linked my seagate personal cloud to the same account and is sent the documents all night.

Shall I contact to Zyxel customer service or dropbox to get a possible answer of the issue.

Your comments are highly appreciated.

    Do you check "Enable DropboxClient"?


    What is the type of your dropbox account (Basic/Plus/Professional)?
    To my knowledge, dropbox client of Zyxel NAS series only supports basic (free) account type.

    BTW, you can follow below steps to check dropbox log on NAS326:
    1. Go to "Control Panel" > "Terminal" to enable Telnet or SSH service.
    2. Log into NAS326 via Telnet or SSH, type command: tail -f /i-data/sysvol/[Your SYNC Folder]/.dropbox_log to monitor it.

    It can synchronize in my side (NAS326 <---> Dropbox) and it shows synchronization information in the log.

    ...[INFO] sync "./Hola/CLI_CHECK.txt" is created in local, uploading   
    ...[INFO] sync "./Photo.png" is created in remote, creating local

    Thank you for the answer.

    Dropbox Client is already enabled.


    I can see the NAS in the linked devices in my dropbox account.


    My account is Dropbox Professional. 

    To my knowledge, dropbox client of Zyxel NAS series only supports basic (free) account type.
    Last week I tried dropbox business and able to upload my files from NAS326 without any problem. Since it is expensive I switched my account to Pro.
    I am able to upload  some files from my Seagate Personal Cloud and My Desktop via Drop Box Client without any error. The problem is only with the NAS 326.I do not think the proble is related to dropbox.

    I have tried to insert the comment via telnet but could not succeed. Please help.

    Telnet login account try to use: root
    And type command to see: tail -f /i-data/sysvol/ARCHIVE2/DROPBOX_CLOUD/.dropbox_log
    (Your folder name is capitalization.)

    Batou thank you very much. Today the problem is solved and uploaded 8gb data already. I have deleted and reinstalled client. (which I have done before).
