Bonjour,
Je viens de mettre en place le nas en référence (nas542) 4 x 2 To, qui fonctionne bien dans l'ensemble !
toutefois en entrant dans la playzone j'obtiens un message qui m'invite à installer un lecteur media (cf image jointe). J'i quelques connaissances en informatique mais j'avoue ne pas arriver à trouver une solution !

To my knowledge, most browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox and Edge) doesn't support windows media player add-one anymore.
Maybe you can try to use IE (Internet Explorer) to play video or music on Video and Music playzone of NAS device.
Please make sure Windows Media Player is enabled on IE. (Tools > Manage add-ons)
Otherwise, you can use DLNA player to watch NAS device's media files.
Ex. Windows Media Player (Windows 10: Start > Windows Accessories > Windows Media Player)
