NAS326 -- After firmware upgrade, cannot log in ("The username or password is incorrect.")

I just upgraded the firmware in my NAS326, it seemed to reboot successfully. Was brought to the login screen. However, I cannot log in. My username and password are saved and managed by my browser (and phone app). I had successfully logged in before the upgrade (that's how I was able to perform the upgrade).
I don't know the version number of the new firmware -- but the last digit is '7'.
I rebooted again, and still no luck.
Ideas, suggestions?
Thanks,
Phil

Thanks for the pointer. I followed the instructions to reset the admin password; I can ssh into the NAS using admin/1234. However, I still cannot log in via the web interface, even using admin/1234.
What am I missing?
Thanks,
Phil
