    Hi Friend,

I have the same problem as you.

    My divice is NAS542.

Was your divice (NAS542) on based setting before the installation of web_prefix file?
    Was your admin folder empty?

My problem is, I saved the web_prefix to the right place (\\<NAS\admin\) but in spite of this after refreshing the App Center there is no MetaRepository aplication avaiable.

I have done everything as described.

I would be grateful for any idea or suggestion.

Thank you in advance and take care!

@NAGROBE, you have to create the folder "zy-pkgs" and upload the web_prefix file there in order for it to work.

    \\NAS\Admin\zy-pkgs\

@NAGROBE, How did you downloaded the web_prefix file? Did you right-click and download it from the site?

@Emerald Dragon Yes, right-click and 'save as' to the right folder and there is no extension, only simple file.

@NAGROBE Well, at least the files is recognized and handled. Else you wouldn't get that fail message. According to your first screenshot you opened it in notepad. I hope you didn't save it?

Can you ping zyxel.diskstation.eu from the NAS?
