Cannot access admin panel even after factory reset

Hi,
I have a VMG series router. I did a factory reset using the button in the back and the admin panel does not recognize the default UN/PW or the login information on the router itself.
Can someone help, please

Okay, I see where to get the firmware:
ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/
But I cannot get into the admin panel.
ISP provider blocking access? I just want to turn off the wireless internet signal. The button on the front has a key on it and it won't turn off manually.

Hello @adminpanelHow long please did you hold the reset button for?This article says hold it for 12 seconds to get the flashing power light see https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/360000669979-VMG-Devices-How-to-reset-the-unit-I hope that this is useful.Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.Tony0
