Cannot access admin panel even after factory reset

Hi,

I have a VMG series router. I did a factory reset using the button in the back and the admin panel does not recognize the default UN/PW or the login information on the router itself.

Can someone help, please

Okay, I see where to get the firmware:
ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/

But I cannot get into the admin panel.

ISP provider blocking access? I just want to turn off the wireless internet signal. The button on the front has a key on it and it won't turn off manually.
