How do I backup my multi X setup to the myzyxelcloud?

I want to backup the settings of my 3 multi x devices but don't understand how to do this? If i go to myzyxelcloud and login with my google account and click search nothing is found either from a pc or from my phone which has the multi X app on it. And when i manually enter the mac address & serial nothing is found.

Dear Sir,
The mycloud.zyxel.com could check the NAS device on the website, but Multy device will not display on it.

Dear Sir,
When you registered an account on Multy APP, the account on Multy app will keep your settings on it.
