Remote Assistance (SSH)

Hello,
in the Multy App, there is an option to activate Remote Assistance(SSH). Presumably, one can access the Multy Device(s) with a tool such as Putty if this is activated.
Question: what are the login credentials?
cheers

Hi @copossum,
Due to security reasons, we cannot provide SSH login password to you.
Remote Assistance (SSH) feature is used for debugging (access the Multy X via terminal and CLI command) from Multy X LAN side.

So, you (Zyxel) can access my Multy system via SSH (if turned on), but I, the owner of said system cannot.

Is that a back door ? wsq50 only can access from mobile app right? This means Zyxel can open this SSH without owner's permission ?

no, it is not a backdoor. It is just that I, as the owner of a system would like to have SSH access as well

Dear @DK_Liu,
No, on Multy APP settings, there is an option to enable SSH.
If the SSH on the Multy do not enable, we’re not able to connect to the Multy device.
We need device owner’s permission to access.
Best regards,
Jerry
