bricked router after 4.62 update

Hi,

We so many problems with 4.60, we tried to update a routeur from 4.39 to 4.62.
After a long time, arround 20min, the router was doing nothing but "led sys" blinking green. Following release notes procedure, we decided to cold start the router as it is explained.
After that, the router still was not booting and led sys blinking green. We wait another 20min. After other cold start and reset, we were not able to bring back the router to life.
Checking with console cable we noticed this error.
Need support.

    Hi @IT_Field_Support


    It seems error occurred while you upgrade firmware.

    (1).You can do reset again - press reset pin 10 to 15 seconds and release.

    (2).If not working, you can execute Firmware Recovery. You can refer to the attachment P.108 Appendix 3. Firmware Recovery.

    FYI: No issues going from 4.60.1 to 4.62 on one USG Flex 500.

    we were able to restore the firemware doing the recovery procedure with console cable.
