Merging two nebula accounts

Hi,

I have 2 accounts for nebula.zyxel
Would it be possible to merge them together?

HI Carlo,

you can change the Owner of one Site to the other site this will bring you both Organization together.

I just wanted to know if I can merge 2 different accounts for the https://portal.myzyxel.com

Hi Carlo,

such feature is not available yet.

We can only go with "Transfer" from one to one, and if one is empty we can going to delete this one.

if you need it for Nebula it not possible with the GUI, please open a Support Request, that we do it in backend:

Hi Tobias,

I did follow the above procedure but when I click on register it says: device is already registered.

How can I migrate a client from one account to another without factory reset the USG?
