Error Zyxel Service is terminated

Hi

I have problems with several USG 110 firewalls. I believe that since the last firmware update to version 4.31. The error that appears to us is "Zyxel Service is terminated". The only thing that allows us to do from the web environment is to restart the firewall from the screenshot that is attached. Once the firewall is restarted it works again until the problem is reproduced. Users have no problems with navigation when playing this problem. It only fails to be able to manage it through the web environment. This problem is already playing in 3 USG110

    Hi @INFOSETEL,
    It seems something went wrong on ZySH daemon, so that Web GUI pop up error message, it does not have affect on traffic forwarding, also good on other service.
    In this case, it need diag-info for analyzing. Did you collect the diag-info when it occurred?

    This is the message that appears when I click on the option "Collect Diagnostic-info"
    Where is this diag-info recorded?

    The diag-info is at “Maintenance > Diagnostics > Files ”. you can download it and send me via private message for analysis.

    That’s weird, it supposed to have diag-info. Can you send me your configuration file via private message, let me applying your configuration file on lab device to test it.

    We have a USG110 v4.31(AAPH.0)  Just happened again for the second time.  Was on Port Statistics and I selected Traffic Statistics, and then it gave me the error.
