Invalid Administrator on GS1920-48v2

Some time after installing the switch, I went to check the F/W and needed to login to upgrade but it would not recognise the 'admin'/'admin' User/Password combo....... Invalid Administrator.  It had not been changed at any time.  The 'Reset' switch did not do anything but did get in as admin after hitting the 'Restore' button.
Upgraded the F/W and left it at that.  Couple of days later I thought I'd check the switch, once again Invalid Administrator??

Is this a common issue as I have to Recall a saved state every time I need to log in but always returns to the Invalid Administrator at some point?

    Reset button is use to reboot the device and the restore button can reset the switch to the factory default. Switch default credential should be admin/1234
    Is your switch run on the Nebula cloud or run as standalone mode?

    Removed & unregistered from Nebula and seems to be OK now?

    Note that once the switch is on cloud, then the password will follow up with Nebula, you can find the password in site-wide> general settings. =)
