Hi,
I found some information is missing for an offline device today, but it was there with red color.
Could you help to check it?

Hello Triceratops, welcome to our our forum!
According to your screen shot, your NAP102 has been offline for at least 6 days and that's why is shown with a gray color, therefore, you will not be able to see LAN IP, Public IP and Channels since the device is not working at the moment.
The red color will be shown when the device goes off-line and it will remain as red for 6 days, afterwards, it will turn to gray color. That's the reason why previously you saw the device with a red color.
Btw, if you have any inconvenience to bring your device online, please feel free to open a support ticket on Nebula CC (Help > Support request) and we will take care of it.6
