"In (a) future design"... meanwhile... I paid 32 euros for nothing... How many more people had or will have the same some (???)... but, it's not a Zyxel problem... Maybe you can change your advertisements to include "Our systems sometimes work". It's sad!

We are very sorry that this is happening to your network. GS1200-8 has been sold for years in many regions, but this is the first time we encountered such issue. We truly appreciate your effort to work with us to clarify the causes. We will make sure such phenomenon would be well address in our future design.
