Last Firmware upgrade available

Hello. I know it is an old device, but still works and I plan to build a small network with it. Where can I find the last firmware upgrade available for the switch model MES-3528?

    Thank you for your fast response. Do you recommend upgrade with both files, BHR.4 and then BHR.5?
    Or should I upgrade only with the last one (BHR.5) ? Thanks again

    Despite clicking the link and putting my username in, I can't seem to connect to the FTP. Can I just double check, im running V3.90(BHR.5) | 06/10/2011 on my MES-3528. Is this the latest version according to the FTP files?

    I used third party App as FTP client (not anymore included into some browser) and i found files... Without username/passoword
