Hi - after the latest FW upgrade ( V5.21 (ABAG.7) ) I am unable to connect to the web UI nor on MAC (using Chrome, Firefox or Safari) nor WIN 10 (Chrome, Firefox, EDGE) - the NAS is running - the cables and ports on the NAS + Router are working and I can connect to it via a file browser (MAC - ForkLift / WIN - Total Commander) - but I am unable to access the WEB UI - any suggestions?

Do you have ssh access? In that case you can try to restart the webinterface manually, to see if it shows an error:

    su
    /etc/init.d/httpd.sh restart

In that case it won't work, as you have to switch on the ssh server on in the webinterface first. I think you have 2 options, use the Universal USB key to get telnet access, for the same investigation, or simply perform a factory reset.
